Description:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or another relevant field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, case management, or alumni relations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team.
  • Adept at building rapport with clients, alumni, and families, demonstrating empathy and cultural competence.
  • Knowledge of continuing care resources, including sober living, outpatient treatment, and mental health services.
  • Strong organizational and case management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
