We’re growing again! We are looking for Continuing Care Assistants (CCA) to join our TEAM.
We share a common primary objective to address the individual needs of every resident.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Continuing Care Certification or Provincial Personal Care Workers Course.
• The ability to work required shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Alzheimer’s & other Related Dementia Care Course, U-First training preferred.
• Good physical and mental health.
• Demonstrated regular attendance at work.

  Pay: $45,434.00-$60,778.00 per year

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In perso

• Assists residents with hygiene needs and daily living activities including bathing, dressing, oral care, skin care, positioning in bed, feeding and transferring.
• Assists with resident’s restorative care programs, walking and range of motion.
• Collaborates with the resident and other members of the interdisciplinary team in the development of individualized Resident Care Plan.
• Communicates and reports relevant information regarding resident care or safety to the charge nurse.
