We are searching for a permanent part-time (0.5 FTE) Continuing Care Assistant (PSW) to join our Thomas Hall team based in Fredericton, New Brunswick (southside).

Responsibilities:
- A valid Personal Support Worker Acute Care diploma or Provincial Personal Care Worker course or equivalent;
- Ability to work a schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays;
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire;
- Valid CPR & First Aid Certification or BLS (required);
- Advanced proficiency in the English language is required, proficiency in French considered an asset;
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care course considered an asset;
- Previous working experience with elderly in long-term care or a senior living environment an asset;
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and car
