About this job…
We are looking for someone who has a passion for Continuous Improvement and is a strong connector of people. As Continuous Improvement analyst – you will have expertise in leading small to large project teams. You will be responsible for all TPM related projects to facilitate improvement and innovation. Being able to influence your project teams and the wider business to facilitate a continuous improvement mindset will be a key pillar to your success in this position

You will deliver the goods by:

  • Leading transformational projects and driving excellence through TPM
  • Leading cross functional project teams to ‘Deliver the goods’
  • Championing a Continuous Improvement mindset with all members of the wider supply chain team
  • Assisting the Customer Service, Logistics and Planning department with data analysis
  • Identifying key improvements and implementing strategies to action improvements

About you…

  • 3+ years TPM focused experience or other continuous improvement methodology
  • Advanced ability with Excel, SQL, Power BI or other analytical tools
  • Ability to communicate and lead cross functional teams
  • Great communication skills with experience leading projects
