Continuous Improvement Consultant

Eldercare is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant to build strong relationships with staff and residents.

Eldercare now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant to join the team.
This is a permanent part-time position (0.3FTE) that facilitates improvements across our York Peninsula facilities.

TO DELIVER A QUALITY SERVICE IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Coordinate, promote and facilitate Eldercare’s Continuous Improvement Program
• Assist in quality surveys, audits and accreditation preparation
• Manage feedback and complaints from a range of stakeholders
• Prepare regular reports to operational and corporate divisions

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Experience with facilitating and promoting continuous improvement of current processes and procedures (desirable)
• Knowledge of and/or experience within the aged care residential environment (desirable)
• Ability to support, encourage, motivate and influence others and be a positive role model
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong professional relationships
• A current driver’s licence to enable travel to Eldercare sites located in Maitland and Minlaton on the Yorke Peninsula
