As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding the implementation of the Operational Excellence System (OES) which is a Lean Six Sigma deployment into the Smurfit WestRock organization. You will be the direct conduit between the tactical/operational and strategic initiatives in the organization.
