Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & Monitor Performance: Evaluate plant performance across technical, logistic, economic, quality, safety, and environmental dimensions.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Gather and investigate potential areas for improvement, setting high standards for project leaders.
  • Prioritize Projects: Use ranking criteria to assess and prioritize improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Implement Solutions: Propose and execute improvement actions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to enhance process efficiency, yield, quality, and consistency.
  • Facilitate Interactions: Foster effective communication between different disciplines to optimize plant operations.
  • Provide Expert Insights: Offer technological, technical, and production expertise to support plant management decisions and operational planning.
