POSITION SUMMARY:
As the CI Engineer for our Biolchim site in Medicina, you act as an internal consultant to lead, define, and develop continuous improvement activities designed to drive results.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Min. 3 years of experience in a complex environment such as Production, Engineering, CI, Quality
- Ideally experience with manufacturing or continuous improvement projects, Six Sigma Belt is a plus
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, and the ability to communicate ideas, instructions, and information in a concise manner
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively with other functions
- High level of proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Support and lead the implementation and management of a corporate continuous improvement plan with a focus on the manufacturing area, collaborating with teams within the plant (engineering, production, quality and safety).
- Develop and measure standard metrics, map the flow of business processes, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure technical and process improvements to support productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and may deliver training to develop process improvement skills at all levels within the plant.
