Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team and play a critical role in driving the delivery of key business improvement initiatives within the Above Water Systems (AWS) Business. Based in Woolloomooloo, you’ll lead projects that prioritise safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to achieve customer and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support AWS improvement initiatives, ensuring objectives related to cost, time, safety, and quality are met.
  • Train and support business leads in utilising improvement tools and techniques.
  • Manage the AWS Business Improvement Portal and ensure compliance with AWS standards.
  • Facilitate process mapping and deliver improvement-related training sessions.
  • Drive the development and execution of the AWS Business Improvement Strategy aligned with Thales guidelines.
  • Benchmark and implement performance improvement opportunities across the organisation.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage communications effectively.
