- Salary range for Continuous Improvement Manager between $95,747 and $110,000 CAD annually
At our facility in Vaughan you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group as the Continuous Improvement Manager :

Provide ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to Line Centric Team (LCT) members and facility’s team members, fostering operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Actively coach and develop direct team members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and ensure the achieveement of team objectives
- Work closely with site management to identify improvement opportunities and support production development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Maintain and enhance the plant’s continuous improvement program, ensuring alignment with Lean Production System principles
- Leverage facility’s data to prioritize initiatives, define project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners
- Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools, and train team members at all levels in methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up Reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, and more
