JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field,
  • 1 or more years of proven experience in successfully implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and implement improvements to the PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business System to ensure flawless execution and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement PPI initiatives and projects
  • Participate in benchmarking activities to identify effective strategies and integrate them into the PPI Business System.
  • Provide training and mentorship to employees on PPI methodologies and tools (5S, GEMBA, process mapping etc.)
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PPI standards and identify areas for improvement
