JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field,
- 1 or more years of proven experience in successfully implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Determine and implement improvements to the PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business System to ensure flawless execution and drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement PPI initiatives and projects
- Participate in benchmarking activities to identify effective strategies and integrate them into the PPI Business System.
- Provide training and mentorship to employees on PPI methodologies and tools (5S, GEMBA, process mapping etc.)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PPI standards and identify areas for improvement
