As Continuous Improvement Specialist within our Process Excellence & Innovation team, you’ll provide support in standardizing and transforming our end-to-end process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) support to Business Operations department.
  • Contribute to the CI framework.
  • Support tools utilization for various CI initiatives or programmes.
  • Contribute to some CI initiatives under the supervision of a CI Lead peer.
  • Disseminate CI culture across Business Operations department.
  • Contribute to CI training programs.
  • Contribute to CI Culture elevation at Hub level, like organizing events and supporting the CI recognition program.
  • Contribute to CI governance with various stakeholders.
  • Provide the right factual data to Process Owners so they can take the best decisions.

About you

  • Experience: Previous contributions to Continuous Improvement programs and experience in the GBS/BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry
  • Soft skills: Excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills and team player
  • Technical skills: Knowledge/certification on Continuous Improvement methodology
  • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory)
