We are in search of a Continuous Improvement Technician for our Mountaintop, PA facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated judgment and decision making, as well as the capability to take projects from the conceptual stage to completion.
• 2 Years of experience in Kaizen activities.
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) CQT or CSSGB preferred.
• Must demonstrate excellent analysis and leadership skills.

• Initiate process improvements, conduct analyses, compile reports, and drive overall continuous improvement while working in teams or individually.
