Description:
Job Title: Contract Admin Engineer (NEC Ops)
Job Type: Contract (Hybrid)
Salary: €35 - €40 Per Hour
Location: Dublin, Ireland
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in the field of civil, structural, mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate experience working with infrastructural projects.
- Ideally, the candidate would have experience working on mechanical/electrical systems projects and managing the operation and maintenance of infrastructure facilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate input from internal teams and external specialists.
- Maintain project status knowledge and provide internal reports.
- Support the Commission Manager in managing contracts, including progress, milestones, and compensation events.
- Draft and review contractor communications.
- Review contractor submissions for compliance with task orders and contracts, arranging technical reviews as needed.
- Propose solutions to expedite project schedules and agree them with the client.
- Attend Risk Reduction meetings and record agreed actions and mitigations.
- Monitor contractor compliance and identify issues early.
- Develop and coordinate audits, inspections, and checks with the Commission Manager.
- Review and coordinate approval of contractor compensation requests.
- Assist with periodic contractor service reviews and prepare reports with findings.
- Ensure internal procedures are formalised and updated when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections for operational compliance.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to the client team and other key stakeholders.
