Responsibilities:

  • Processing and supporting the department in handling credit inquiries
  • Checking, entering, and updating customer and contract data in the systems/databases
  • Creating customer correspondence, invoices, and preparing contract documents for dispatch to the customer
  • Electronic archiving of documents and their management and maintenance
  • General participation in projects
  • Identification of the contracting party within the framework of legal requirements
