Responsibilities:
- Processing and supporting the department in handling credit inquiries
- Checking, entering, and updating customer and contract data in the systems/databases
- Creating customer correspondence, invoices, and preparing contract documents for dispatch to the customer
- Electronic archiving of documents and their management and maintenance
- General participation in projects
- Identification of the contracting party within the framework of legal requirements
