Description:

This role will act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders and will facilitate information sharing and responses, this role is crucial in building and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the partnership. There will be significant opportunities and training to facilitate a broader set of activities to be incorporated into the role including but not limited to: procurement support, subcontractor coordination, quality control and inspections, accounts payable and receipting, safety and environmental audits and reporting.

  • Qualifications in business management or equivalent experience within support / coordination roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent coordination skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Advanced planning, reporting, prioritizing, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong customer service focus.High attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration, fostering productive relationships, ensuring compliance, and promoting team well-being.

  • More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
