Description:

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Contracts Admin to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
. As a Contracts Admin, you will be required to take ownership of all contract aspects of a major project or a number of smaller projects simultaneously including administration of the head contract and subcontracts, developing the procurement strategy and processes, as well as outlining cost controls, budgets and manage project cash flow.
. You will also be responsible to ensuring that contracts and tender documents contain the necessary EH&S inclusions.
. You have experience within a main contractor environment having worked in a similar project-based contract and financial management position.
. Additionally, you will be an expert across contract management, construction law and quantity surveying. It goes without saying that your strength must be aligned with to the building sector.
. Leadership skills will also be key as will a passion for customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality and sustainability, along with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. Both are key with engaging with multiple internal, external and client stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

  • Experienced with relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in working on construction projects.
  • Good communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.
