Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Senior Project Manager to ensure all contracts are in line with agreements
  • Ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient
  • Assisting in managing stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants, and end user
  • Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard and report regularly to the operations manager on project performance against company objectives
  • Managing project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving all project objectives.
  • Assist in contract administration duties, including progress claims and variations.
  • Assist in managing sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Update project documentation, including sub-contractor documentation, as required for quality assurance, contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Provide administration support including document management, coordinate and minute meetings, preparing reports and other administration duties as required.
