Description:
Contract Administrator - Full Time, Permanent
This role requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent time management skills. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all Insurance advisors are contracted with the Insurance companies. The Administrator will also ensure that the insurance advisors are licensed and will be required to resolve any licensing and contracting issues. Ideal candidate would have 2 to 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry. An LLQP certification would be an asset. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal departments and advisors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for document preparation and reporting. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.
Duties:
- Initiate, Organize and Complete contracts and related documentation.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract administration
- Ensure advisors are licensed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Apexa for Contracting
- Experience with using Virtgate/wealthserve software is an asset
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Please note: This is an in person position. The Contract Administrator will be working out of either our Toronto or Mississauga office ( Monday to Friday) from 9 am to 6 pm.

Pay: $35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
