Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with the Omnissa Deal Management Team, Omnissa Contract Administrators, Omnissa attorneys, and others around the globe.
  • Quickly review contracts for many key elements that vary based on contract type.
  • Arrange for signature and countersignature of all Omnissa commercial and procurement contracts using Omnissa Salesforce-based Electronic Contract Management System (Conga) and third-party electronic signature tools such as Adobe Sign.
  • Manage physical postal services for legal documentation as required.
  • Creation of various reports and metrics regarding contract executions.
  • Collaborate and partner with Omnissa’s Customer Support team to review, approve and administer Omnissa’s non-standard license assignment and transfer process.
  • Work with any Legal Process Outsourcer related to the outsourcing of various legal administrative tasks and activities.
  • Assist in building and improving contract review and approval workflows.
  • Adapt to change and support other contract related or Legal and Deal Management projects as may be assigned
