We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, specifically in construction supervision roles with a consultancy background, focusing on projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.
Your new role, what’s involved?

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract administration processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements, change orders, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor contract performance, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including pre-qualification, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Review project documentation, invoices, and progress reports to verify accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Provide support in resolving contractual disputes, claims, and variations, collaborating with legal counsel as necessary.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance against contract provisions and approved budgets.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract administration.
