Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Administrator in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves working in the business systems industry, focusing on contract administration, particularly in areas such as contract renewals, breach of contract, commercial contracts, and contract audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and oversee business contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Perform regular audits on commercial contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review contracts, identifying any potential issues or breaches.
  • Utilize various software, including Excel, Outlook, and MS Office, to maintain and update contract records.
  • Handle contract renewals, ensuring all necessary updates are made and documentation is accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates and addressing inquiries related to contracts.
  • Proactively identify and address any potential breaches of contract, taking necessary action to resolve issues.
  • Utilize knowledge in AML and KYC to ensure all contract processes adhere to these regulations.
  • Work closely with the Agiloft Contract Review team to ensure contracts are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all contract administration tasks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Systems
  • Experience with Contract Renewals
  • Knowledge of Breach of Contract scenarios and resolutions
  • Experience in Contract Administration
  • Familiarity with Commercial Contracts
  • Prior experience with Contract audits
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze contracts and identify areas of improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
