Description:
UP TO £55,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + BONUS AND BENEFITS

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, managing service development projects to ensure the successful launch of new opportunities and the enhancement of existing services. You’ll build strong, productive relationships with commissioners, referrers, and intermediaries, always on the lookout for new services to bring to market. Working with the NHS Shared Services Support team to tender for new contracts and re-bid current ones, advising bid writers and contract managers to deliver winning propositions.
You’ll address external challenges to growing referral volumes and market share, collaborating with Clinical Performance Consultants, retail operations, and the support team to overcome obstacles. You’ll support the rollout of new EOS schemes, ensuring they meet customer needs. You’ll develop and maintain tools to support our store partners and the business, working with external partners and internal stakeholders to improve referral platforms and technological solutions.
Supporting the mobilisation and implementation of new EOS schemes, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
