Description:
JASARA PMC is actively searching for a skilled and experienced Contract / Commercial Manager to join our dedicated team. As a leader in social infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering outstanding value through innovative solutions. The Contract / Commercial Manager will play a key role in overseeing contract management processes and commercial strategies to ensure project success.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of contracts, from initial negotiation through execution and performance evaluation. You will also focus on maximizing financial performance and minimizing risks associated with contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract and commercial management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and other relevant contractual frameworks.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing commercial relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate commercial risks and optimize contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the effective management of commercial relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and provide reports to senior management.
- Coordinate claims and variations, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
