Contract Due Diligence Specialist-Contractor, Part-Time, Remote

We are seeking a contractor with expertise in contract due diligence and third party risk management (TPRM) to assist our Risk Management Team. This flexible, as-needed role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical projects while ensuring our contracts and third-party relationships are thoroughly vetted and aligned with our risk management objectives.
What You’ll Do:
-

Draft and revise contracts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and enforceability.

• Thoroughly review and vet third-parties and their contracts, terms of service, master service agreements, and other agreements/policies to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management Team to support ongoing contract management and compliance efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
-

A paralegal degree or certification with a minimum of one year relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Working knowledge of contract due diligence, including legal research and analysis.
• Familiarity with contract frameworks, terms, and best practices in contract management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
