Description:

Overview:
Provides HR administration support services to deliver HR Service Delivery model. This role will support an employee population which may be across geographies or site level. It will have a full range of HR activities and support all employees in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full scope of payroll processing for Singapore, Malaysia & Australia including activities and not limit to update the payroll vendor on New Hires/Resignee status, ensure the review of Payroll Report, Statutory Submission, Payroll State Tax, Employee Lodgments and payroll vendor management.
  • Work on Insurance and employee visa applications for SG, MY & Aus and liaise with relevant government agencies for the same
  • Participate in Labour/Compensation/Training Surveys and statistical reports from MOM and EDB
  • Ensure lodgment of Extended & ChildCare, NS Claim, Maternity, Paternity, Training grants on a timely basis.
  • Support South East Asia Payroll Audits, On & Off Boarding Documentation
  • Oversee and execute each country’s benefits program and handle the related inquired
  • Updating personnel files for employees and maintaining accurate data in myHR
  • Leave management for employees (C/F)
  • Performs other HR administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to effectively present information
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
