YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organizational structure.
- Proven track record of successful completion of projects related to operation automated systems commissioning, software integration, calibration, or troubleshooting.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of automated systems as SCADA, PLC, etc …, and confidence with WMSs and WCSs applied in operational environments as warehouses or production factories.
- Experience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterized by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritize issues and tasks by using ticketing systems.

YOUR ROLE
As a Automation Controls Specialist, you will be part of the Systems team, being responsible for managing the troubleshooting for our automatic systems while interacting with a team of experts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with local Operations, Planning, Technical Engineers and IT team to ensure MHE systems optimisation and project implementation and high systems availability.
- Supporting the Contract Logistics System Manager in the execution of the daily “DILO” and release of work in line with customer SLA’s.
- Monitor and maximise the ongoing progress of the day-to-day control room operation, identifies opportunities for improvement, challenges the daily DILO and drives a continuous improvement mentality.
- Oversee the monitoring of SCADA/WCS/WMS system and cameras and support as escalation for any issues raised to maintain electro-mechanical flow of totes and pockets through direction of engineering resources.
- Communicate and report technical anomalies regarding MHE system directly to local Technical Engineers by respecting strict deadlines and priority set up.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, measuring equipment, performance to contract, documenting issues and issuing a prioritised action plan to drive improvement and maintain optimum performance.
- Development and implementation of reports regarding MHE systems to show, explain and analyse automated system operations and identify in advance potential issues.
