The Boeing Company is looking for 2 Contract Management Managers based out of Hazelwood, Missouri to support Boeing Domestic Transactional Spares and F-15 Sustainment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
- 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts in programs with multiple customers and multiple contract types, such as: general terms agreements, assignment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating commercial and/or government contracts
- Experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 10+ years of experience in contracts or contracts-adjacent role
- Experience leading through change
- Previous management experience or experience leading large scale activities with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees
