REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate we are looking for:

• Has a Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience
• Has a strong negotiation skills
• Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value
• Has a highly developed communication skills and (external) networking capabilities
• Has a capability of working in a fast paced and often changing environment
• Is fluent in English and Dutch or German is desirable

• Support category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiatives
• Manage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnership with suppliers and track their performance
• Implement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce cost
• Manage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization
• Look for cost reduction opportunities
