We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee our company’s contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand contract needs and objectives.
- Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
