Your key responsibilities include: - Provide high level management of strategic contracts in RTS including providing timely and accurate advice to management and the Contract Owner.- Participate in the regular ongoing maintenance of the transcription service providers management frameworks and associated processes, in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.- Monitor and evaluate service provision against the contract through planned and regular reporting and analysis.- Manage internal and external relationships to ensure service provision by contracted providers meets stakeholder needs.- Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract.- Address and resolve non-compliance of service delivery contract obligations by transcription service providers, as required.- Integrate and interpret performance data to achieve greater ongoing efficiencies and benefits.- Prepare reports on performance against contracts for senior stakeholders.
