QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you we imagine you possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, law, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement or a related field, preferably within large CAPEX projects
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology combined with demonstrable experience in managing contracts cost schedules, change order management, and liquidated damages management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractual deliverables and develop effective working relationships with internal departments and external contractors
  • Experience in engaging with multi-disciplinary teams including finance, engineering, and procurement, with excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), while working proficiency in Danish would be an advantage

As a person, you are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other third-party service providers
  • Ensure that all contract terms and conditions are clearly defined and understood by all parties involved
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, and take appropriate action to ensure that all parties are meeting their obligations
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and modifications as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and database
