Job Description
- management and maintenance of, as well as continuous follow up on frame contracts and relating risk checklists
- Support in proposal and contract drafting, negotiations, preparing guiding documents, conducting relating contract risk assessment (risk checklist) with other expert areas
- Advisor for other units and suppliers on frame contract related issues
- Maintenance of customer contract information in internal databases (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
QUALIFICATIONS
- C1 level English & German language skills
- Legal background, - either final years of legal studies and/or experience in the field
- Knowledge and use of legal context
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizing skills
- GROW mindset, can-do attitude, ability to see things in a holistic view
- Ability to work independently and in a team as well
- Affinity for finance aspects related to the proposal
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365
