Description:

Role Purpose: The Contract Manager, with guidance from the Sr. Business Development Manager, provides critical sales support functions that streamline new customer acquisition, contract processing, customer renewals, customer onboarding and other key administrative accountabilities to the business development leadership team.
Travel: Less than 20%
Location: remote based role, must be based in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities:

As a Contract Manager, you will:

  • Draft, collate and manage customer contracts and renewals
  • Manage new contract onboarding and renewals processing (setup timelines, ensure contracting provisions in order, etc.)
  • Deliver high quality drafts of RFP responses before leadership team review
  • Monitor industry for new RFPs (through paid subscriptions, calls to prospects, web-research, and internal lead coordination)
  • Collect RFP FOIAs and create FOIA summaries or response highlights and differences
  • Ensure customer reference contact information is valid/updated, regularly checked
  • Assist with updates to various contracting tools
  • Update and maintain sales collateral/ppts/etc.; streamline “look and feel” across all customer-facing documents
  • Pre-qualify leads from centralized lead generation team
  • Manage monthly sales reporting (collect info from PMO, submit reports, follow-up on required payments)
  • Coordinate partner organization logistics (ensure required documentation is collected and maintained)
  • Manage “customer profiles”
  • Assist with maintain sales pipeline accuracy/reporting
  • Coordinate CMS-company-wide meeting logistics; support leadership team with calendar management, drafting, etc.
  • Manage customer events/conferences setup and registrations
  • Coordinate strategic executive customer reviews/meetings

About You:

You’re a fit for the role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • Litigation Paralegal certificate or equivalent
  • Experience with Qvidian proposal management software (or similar) a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience as a litigation paralegal (i.e., drafting documents (i.e., contracts and creative writing)); Supporting multiple stakeholders with meeting scheduling/calendars;
  • Is very comfortable in customer-facing roles (will regularly interact with customers, prospects, partner organizations and internally across a highly matrixed organization);
  • Is an expert in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); is able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely;
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; is highly organized and computer literate; is high-quality-focused and deadline oriented and is motivated with the ability to work well in a fast-paced professional virtual office environment.
