CONTRACT MANAGER

Wilson Security has an established Blue Chip national client portfolio which is in a period of significant growth!
Wilson Security are seeking the services of an experienced Contract Manager for one of our major Blue Chip clients.
As part of this role, you will be required to work standard business hours, with after hours on call availability and regular trips to site, dependent upon operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Growing the performance of our client sites with regard to KPIs and budgetary requirements
- Clearly communicating and setting goals with your team members
- Setting performance expectations to meet and exceed our client’s needs
- Supporting security staff with strong, people focussed leadership
- Implementing and monitoring management of overheads such as resourcing and labour utilisation
- Identifying and delivering training requirements to field staff
- Reporting – providing advice and recommendation on OH&S, Audits and other required reporting analysis
- Providing rostering support and administrative duties as required
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is updated and in line with contractual requirement
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be a highly service orientated, customer and employee focussed person with a positive attitude to people and your work
- Have significant experience in managing multi operational sites and a large team
- Have broad knowledge/ willingness to understand awards and the industrial relations framework
- Experience in the security industry is desirable however not essential
- Showcase effective written and verbal communication skills
- Have exemplary professionalism and presentational standards
- Demonstrate your initiative and the ability to multi-task autonomously
- Hold a current WA Security Licence (Preferable)
- Have a current open WA Driver’s Licence
