Job Summary
The Contract Portfolio Liaison is responsible for coordinating various business aspects of his or her assigned contract portfolio. Assists executive sponsors/contract monitoring officers in meeting expected operational, quality and business performance goals. Proactively keeps Contract Administration leadership and personnel apprised of contract activity in the assigned portfolio. Must provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; strongly adheres to the ServiceFIRST values: friendliness, integrity, responsibility, satisfaction and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field required.
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related field preferred.
Work Experience: Five (5) or more years in healthcare business operations.
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports
Proficiencies: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
