WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience of navigating contracts and an ability to draft clauses on the fly.
  • An expert negotiator who aims for win-win solutions. “Never split the difference” is probably one of your favourite books.
  • A commercial mindset. You understand the real world implications of what’s in the paperwork.
  • A smooth operator with clients. You know when to hold the line and when to push back; you know how to frame every conversation into a win-win.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to take a step back and think about the bigger picture where needed.
  • A data and information security and cyber risk management guru. You know the difference between a SAR, a ROPA and SOC2.
  • Experience of working with sales teams.
  • A Purple Person who embodies our values.

Responsibilities:

We’ve been growing fast and we’re now working with an array of mega clients from around the world. To support this growth, we’re on the lookout for a Purple Person to take ownership of our contract and procurement operations.
As the Contract & Procurement Lead, you’ll partner with our Finance and Client Strategy teams to manage supplier and client relationships, lead contract negotiations, find ways to mitigate risks and ensure successful contract performance. You’ll be the one who’s always on the lookout for win-win solutions that benefit both us and our clients.

Here’s what you’ll own:

  • Implement and monitor procurement strategies to achieve financial and operational efficiencies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and deliver value.
  • Quarterback sales and procurement conversations, jumping in when needed to move the conversation forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers and clients. Procurement doesn’t have to be scary.
  • Support the Client Strategy teams on RFI and RFPs.
