Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will be part of McDonald’s Global Talent Attraction team. Specifically helping Talent Attraction deliver exceptional experience to both internal and external candidates as well as our internal customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous HIGH-VOLUME recruiting and or scheduling experience is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of high-volume interviews and meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologies
  • Coming onsite to help provide final candidates an office tour
  • Coordinating candidate travel
  • Recruitment support of administrative tasks such as offer generation, positing on paid job boards
  • Adding new vendors to our system or updating contracts
  • Providing general administrative support to the Talent Attraction team
  • Participating in various projects on an as-needed basis
  • Creating strong partnerships within the TA team and other internal departments
  • Implement first class experience for all candidates
    The expected salary range for this role is $25 – $25 HR
