    As a Contract Renewal Specialist, you are part of the Service Commercial Support team. You are the driving force behind the growth of our inspection contracts. Together with our sales team, you will look after contracts and new customers and develop existing contract concepts in a results- and customer-orientated manner.
    Your empathetic nature and personal contact with our customers are crucial for high customer satisfaction and close customer loyalty. Close cooperation with other departments and internal communication for process improvement are further tasks that lie in your hands.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • You have a commercial education and several years of experience in a technical environment.
  • You are a Hungarian native speaker with very good Romanian and English language skills.
  • You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative and persuasive.
  • You convince with your organisational talent and your structured way of working.
  • You are comfortable with Office software, and you may have already become familiar with Salesforce.
  • You love working in a team and finding solutions together.

Responsibilities:

  • Active realisation of service contract extensions in cooperation with sales or directly with our customers
  • Proactive support of the sales department in adding new devices to existing contracts, extending old contracts or offering new contracts.
  • Customer data and contract maintenance in the associated systems.
  • Creation of service offers.
  • You support the planning team in making appointments and route planning.
  • Development of your own ideas and implementation to recognise potential, objectively assess these and implement them with high impact (sales, customer loyalty, customer retention, customer retention).
  • Creation of reports and statistics (Salesforce) to identify potential and results.
