Contract Sales Managers
Regions: Germany North/West & Germany South/Mid
At ferm LIVING, we are experiencing rapid growth and a surge of interest from contract partners, architects, and
designers. In response, we are looking for two driven individuals with a passion for design who can cultivate the
German market through relationship-building, trust, and long-term partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through contract and select retail partners while introducing
the ferm LIVING brand to architects and designers. You’ll be supported by a skilled and efficient sales support team
based in Germany, enabling you to focus on developing the market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and support our network of contract partners to ensure ferm LIVING remains top-of-mind in the market.
  • Drive sales by establishing close collaborations and conducting structured follow-ups with architects and designers

(A&D), ensuring ferm LIVING is specified in their projects.

  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with select retail partners.
  • Maintain and expand our network of existing and new partners within the contract and retail sectors.
  • Analyse market potential and develop, implement, and oversee sales plans to grow our contract business.
  • Perform monthly budget and KPI follow-ups.
  • Participate in international fairs, sales meetings, and events at our headquarters in Copenhagen.

This full-time position is based in either North/Mid or South/Mid Germany, reporting to the German Country
Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Sales EMEA.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the contract market in Germany and an extensive network within
the A&D community. With a commercial mindset, strong business acumen, and sharp analytical skills, you are results-

driven, hands-on, and adept at building long-term relationships. Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Contract Sales within Germany.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to deliver sales presentations at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
  • Self-motivated yet highly collaborative, with an organised and efficient approach to time management.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Confident as a brand ambassador with a strong commitment to excellence.
