Our Specialty Product Division is seeking a Contract Services Administrator to join our team. If you have customer service experience in an administrative setting and are excellent at multi-tasking, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview: As a Contract Services Administrator based at our London, Ontario location you will be responsible for administrative activities/tasks to support the management, contractors and visitors in a timely, efficient and effective manner. With your excellent multi tasking capabilities, you will provide a range of support duties including responding to telephone enquiries, maintaining system databases such as Kronos and MyOSH records, manage data working with Document Control system and other ad hoc administration tasks as required. You will ensure compliance with preparation and processing of documents, effectively coordinate and schedule upcoming assignments, and align work priorities collaboratively with the VP Operations. With excellent engagement skills, you will work alongside internal stakeholders and customers to provide reception services (including answering phone calls) and administrative support to key stakeholders including; managers, contractors and visitors. Assist with timesheet entries, verify timekeeping entries are correct and entire timesheet product hours are entered into system database. Ensure compliance of administrative tasks with company requirements. Key Technical Criteria:

  • 3+ Administration experience required
  • Business/office Administration certificate desirable
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
