The Social Investment Analyst role is focused on providing support to the Social Investment team. This includes managing requests for support and providing advice and support to partner applicants, managing the relationship with social investment partners, and executing partnership activation plans. Additionally, the analyst will provide advice and support to internal groups including but not limited to our Regional Social Investment Representatives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The role is within the Community and Indigenous Affairs team and reports directly to the Manager Social Investment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Skilled in project management; exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize for impact and manage multiple initiatives at once
• Creative, critical, and strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills to work across teams and functions internally and with a cross section of external partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at using various MS Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
• Manage social investment partnerships and budget for Resilient Communities focus area and specific regions.
• Support activation and communication planning of signature Social Investment programs and sponsorships to elevate our brand
• Support the coordination and execution of Social Investment events, internally and externally
• Provide support and guidance to internal groups including but not limited to Regional Social Investment Representatives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on employee campaigns and Social Investment priorities
• Support annual audit and production of reports for public disclosure
