Inviting applications for the role of Contract Specialist – Assistant Manager – English – On Site Bucharest
We are seeking a candidate who can effectively manage contract drafting flow and ensure compliance with SLAs. They should be skilled in facilitating end-to-end contract review while coordinating with stakeholders. Additionally, they should have strong communication skills, and active experience with Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and revise contracts using pre-approved templates
  • Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety stakeholders for contract requirements and engagement
  • Provide support in preparation of contract revision – verify language, terminology, dates, impact and other elements against existing contracts
  • Support the team in preparing the documents for internal approval process and assure expected quality
  • Ensure advance notification to client of expiring contracts, and take appropriate and timely action
  • Collaborate on improving and developing contract structures and templates relevant for the respective services
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs for the contracting process, such as contract turnaround time, quality and accuracy
  • Keep appropriate documentation and reporting
  • Participate in recurring and ad-hoc governance meetings as necessary
  • Intervene in specific cases to ensure proper actions are taken
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, promote fair and transparent practices, and enforce department and client policies
  • Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with contractual structure and frameworks
  • Proven experience with contract drafting
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to independently work with documents and coordinate with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Word
  • Good years of experience in contract management
