Position Overview: As our Contracts Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our global sales team and managing our contract lifecycle process. You’ll use our state-of-the-art contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle using our CLM tool, from initiation to renewal
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with our global sales team to expedite deal closures
- Ensure contract compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate contract records and generate reports as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contract standardization
- Provide guidance on contract-related matters to internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting our contracts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this remote position is $63,000-$70,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package.
