Xometry is seeking a dedicated Contract Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier tech talent for our expanding operations in both the United States and the LATAM region. This recruiter may be pulled into working on non-technical roles within the organization as needed. This will be a 3-6 month contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process for technology positions, from sourcing to offer presentations.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach.
