Salary: Technician Grade 1 with a Salary Scale of €35,946 to €46,985

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Level 6 qualification, (as recognised on the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent), in Soil/Land Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Agriculture or a related discipline.
- A Level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline would be a distinct advantage
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- People and resource management skills.
- Good numeracy skills, data handling, entry and computer skills.
- Experience dealing with the collation of data.
- Full driving licence to be able to drive to and from field sites in Ireland.
- Basic laboratory skills
- Some experience with sampling soil in field.
- Experience working with farmers.
