Inviting applications for the role of Contract to Cash Billing Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Polish – Hybrid Bucharest
We are looking for someone with previous experience and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute billing and transactional orders, communicating with customers assuring comprehension of the invoices and partner concerns, enabling smooth payments process.
  • Ensure on-time billing execution and billing accuracy.
  • Support process improvements considering the local regulation/requirements, having deep understanding of countries specifics.
  • Review and process requests for billing adjustments, issuing credit/rebill and manual invoices.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Support tax and invoice audits.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to tackle any upcoming emergencies.
  • Support new system releases and improvement testing.
  • Support and drive metrics.
  • Create presentations and reports for the leadership.
  • Works or helps and guides junior colleagues on difficult / escalation cases.
  • Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing.
  • Accomplish all responsibilities in line with client compliance and integrity requirements.
  • Create, update, revise, and submit standard operating procedures for approval.
  • Follow the training plan set by management, complete it on time, and highlight potential risks for delays.
  • Act as a backup or cross-trained for another process or scope of work.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Polish, min. B2 .
  • College or University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
  • Result oriented, strong attention to detail is a requirement
  • Effective communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
  • Teammate attitude
  • Ability to be pro-active and to think “creatively”
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently
  • Capable of resourceful problem solving, while remaining customer-focused

Preferred qualifications

  • Some experience in Finance is an advantage, experience in a multinational company
  • Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing priorities
