JOB SUMMARY
The Contracts Administrator of the Contracts subfamily within the Legal job family is responsible for managing all activities and matters within MeridianLink’s legal framework. As part of the Contracts subfamily, the Contracts Administrator is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements on behalf of MeridianLink. This role oversees the process by which the company evaluates, negotiates, and enters contracts. Contracts Administrators handle every phase of contract development, from researching legal regulations to negotiating terms and preparing the final document. The role involves collaboration with a legal team or independent work to evaluate bids and draft documents.
QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
The role will perform simple to moderately difficult aspects independently and support seasoned peers and management on more complex tasks. The individual will develop expertise in the subject area and apply MeridianLink policies and procedures to resolve various issues. The position involves working on problems of moderate scope that require analyzing multiple factors. The individual will receive little instruction on daily tasks and general guidance on new assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience, including drafting, negotiating, and
advising on various commercial contracts such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and Sales Orders, as well
as Partner and Vendor Agreements.
- Knowledge of and experience with global privacy laws, particularly GDPR.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving, anticipating business needs, and providing solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a large workload with tight timelines while prioritizing responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an impeccable command of the English language.

Salary range of $71,000 - $100,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
