Description:

Realty and Asset Management is a unique owner focussed department within Accor Apartments and Realty, overseeing the negotiation and management of all agreements in place with Owners, Body Corporates and Owners Associations in the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio.
Purpose
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various projects with the Asset Management team, with a focus on providing a high level of support to our Owner Relations and Business Development teams, Asset Projects and Transitions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all agreements are reviewed and are compliant with legislation prior to company directors countersigning the agreement.
  • Collating and maintaining centralised databases via Salesforce CRM
  • Training Asset Management team on use of the CRM
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of all types of letting agreements (POA/GTA/MIA/PERM) and drafting and issuing contracts to unit owners/investors.
  • Review records of terminated keys to identify any key loss/gain trends and assist in implementing initiatives across various properties and regions as required.
  • Process incoming letting agreements and liaise with Property Team and Unit Owners to ensure a smooth and efficient turnaround of keys into the letting pool.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within contracts or database administration
  • Previous experience training team members
  • Experience within the Strata Hotel Industry and/or the Property Management and Real Estate Industry highly valued.
  • Proven ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to obtain QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or higher
