Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Altrad is currently in search of an experienced Contracts Administrator to become a vital part of our team at a prominent Construction Project situated in Kitimat, BC. This role entails a 14:7 roster (or 20:8 roster – depending on the point of hire), working 10 hours per day. Flights and accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates on a Full-Time/Fixed-Term Contract basis. As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our contractual agreements, ensuring all legal requirements are met, and that our obligations are fulfilled. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is capable of assisting the Commercial manager with the prime contract in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely contract data and information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration or similar role is essential.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or other related discipline.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with an exemplary eye for attention-to-detail.
Ability to prioritize your tasks using effective time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Project site experience is an asset.
Experience working in resources or construction industry is desirable.
Proficient working knowledge of MS Suite and SharePoint.
